Return Policy

Unused tools may be returned to SafetyTools, LLC within 14 days of receipt by customers. A 20% restocking charge plus shipping will be applied to all returns. Returns require an authorization number prior to shipment.

Shipping Policy

All SafetyTools, LLC Products will be shipped via FedEX or UPS ground, unless instructed by the customer to ship by a different method. Premium shipping charges apply to next day air or other special requirements requested by the customer.

Free Shipping is included within the continental U.S. on orders totaling over $500.00 USD. Orders outside of the U.S. or to Alaska or Hawaii will have shipping quoted prior to acceptance.

Manufacturer's Lifetime Warranty

All tools sold by SafetyTools, LLC are covered by a manufacturer's lifetime warranty. If any tool breaks or fails to perform under normal use for the purpose intended it will be replaced free of charge. This warranty does not apply in instances of misuse or abuse or normal service wear.

Frequently Asked Questions

The tools I use now are advertised as Non-Sparking and Non-Magnetic, can I use SafetyTools LLC products in the same applications?

Although all aluminum bronze tooling is non-magnetic in nature, some applications require extreme limits on certain elements in the alloy. By reducing the magnetic properties the overall strength of the material is reduced. If your application requires only non-sparking and corrosion resistance, you may use SafetyTools LLC products to achieve the additional strength and wear resistance our tools offer. SafetyTools LLC does offer a special line of Non-Magnetic tools for special applications.

We can still purchase beryllium tools from our current supplier. Does SafetyTools LLC sell these tools?

No. SafetyTools LLC is totally beryllium-free. Our high strength aluminum bronze is designed to perform to a higher level than what is currently available, however it can not match the performance of beryllium tools. Due to the health risks posed by beryllium exposure, SafetyTools LLC has decided to forgo the profits in distributing these tools. Protecting our customer's health and safety is our first priority.

Are discounts available for volume orders?

Price discounts vary based on the size of each order or by pre-arranged discounts to high volume users with multiple locations. These discounts are listed in our catalogue and are automatically calculated when ordering.

Does SafetyTools LLC offer free shipping?

Free shipping within the United States is included on all orders in excess of $500.00. Shipping is by UPS ground. UPS and FedEx next day air is available for an additional charge. Shipments to Canada, Mexico and South America are based on weight and time requirements of the customer.
